Summer Staff
Staff make all the difference.
-
Hired Summer Staff – Each year, we prayerfully seek college-age and upper high school students who feel called to serve as head counselors, lifeguards, and program staff for our summer camps. These exceptional young men and women are carefully trained and equipped, not only to care for campers physically and emotionally, but to reflect the love of Christ in all they do. They walk alongside campers through every part of the camp experience, building meaningful relationships, offering encouragement, and creating a safe place to grow. Often, God uses their faith, kindness, and leadership to guide campers toward a deeper understanding of Jesus and a lasting relationship with Him.

Summer Staff
Volunteers make Summer Camp possible!
-
LifeSupport Team - Life Support tasks may often happen behind the scenes, but they are essential to keeping each day at camp running smoothly. From washing dishes and setting tables to preparing campfires, assisting in the snack shop, helping with activities, sweeping, and stepping in wherever needed, this role requires dedication and a servant’s heart. Though the work is hard, it is also one of the most rewarding positions at camp, offering the chance to experience every part of camp life while discovering the unique ways God has gifted you. Through faithful service, you truly become the backbone of this camp, reflecting God’s love in every task.
-
Assistant Counselors - Assistant Counselors are responsible for supporting and assisting their Head Counselor in matters of discipline and in cultivating a Christ-centered spiritual atmosphere within the cabin. By modeling godliness, humility, and service, your presence helps promote safety, order, and cleanliness. You are serving in a leadership role—not simply participating as a camper. Assistant Counselors are invited to attend staff training; while attendance is optional, it is strongly encouraged, as it equips you to serve more effectively and honor God in your role.
-
Kitchen Staff - The kitchen is one of the busiest and most important places at camp during the summer. Through each meal prepared and every smile shared, we have the opportunity to serve God by serving others. We are always in need of extra hands to help prepare meals and joyfully serve our campers. If you feel called to serve behind the scenes, we would love for you to consider volunteering in the kitchen.

We’re grateful for God’s blessings and the chance to serve Him through camp. There are many ways for volunteers to get involved, all listed in our application.
